What You'll Earn

  • $20.00/hour base pay

  • Monthly performance bonuses - your effort directly impacts your paycheck

  • Additional bonuses for growth certifications and development milestones

  • Annual earnings potential: $42,000-$47,000

Your Schedule

We operate multiple shifts to serve our customers, and schedules vary by team. All teammates should be available to work5 days per week, Monday-Saturday, with shifts falling within a7:30 am-6:00 pmwindow. Saturdays rotate - you'll workevery other Saturdaywith a weekday off in exchange. Your specific shift will be confirmed during the hiring process.

What You'll Do

As a Luxury Customer Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships - handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.

  • Deliver exceptional concierge-level service via phone, text, and email

  • Schedule service and sales appointments for our luxury dealerships

  • Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Log all customer interactions accurately in our Dealership Management System

  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive team environment

  • Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University

What We're Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment

  • Computer and email proficiency

  • A positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude

  • Availability Monday-Saturday within the 7:30 am-6:00 pm window

  • Must successfully complete a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen
