Job description

Luxury Customer Concierge

Join Hendrick Automotive Group's Luxury Customer Concierge Center, where you'll support some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands from our state-of-the-art corporate facility in Charlotte.

What you'll earn

  • $20.00/hour base pay
  • Monthly performance bonuses — your effort directly impacts your paycheck
  • Additional bonuses for growth certifications and development milestones
  • Annual earnings potential: $42,000–$47,000

Your schedule

We operate multiple shifts to serve our customers, and schedules vary by team. All teammates should be available to work 5 days per week, Monday–Saturday, with shifts falling within a 7:30 am–6:00 pm window. Saturdays rotate — you'll work every other Saturday with a weekday off in exchange. Your specific shift will be confirmed during the hiring process.

What you'll do

  • Deliver exceptional concierge-level service via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule service and sales appointments for our luxury dealerships
  • Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in our dealership management system
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University

What we're looking for

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
  • Computer and email proficiency
  • A positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Availability Monday–Saturday within the 7:30 am–6:00 pm window
  • Must successfully complete a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen
