You will bridge the gap between customers, Insurance companies & technicians. Your role is vital to keeping vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process while keeping clients informed. Key responsibilities: Customer intake: greet arriving guests, open repair orders, and perform initial vehicle walk arounds. Status updates: Call or text customers regularly with progress reports on their vehicle repairs. Parts tracking: Check incoming parts orders & match to estimates and verify delivery timelines. Administrative Duties: Track & process payments. Manage rental logistics & complete repair orders for finished repairs. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of automotive service, collision or insurance role. Software skills: Reynolds, CDK, ADP is preferred. Communications: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a calm empathetic manor. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry, photo documentation and scheduling. Requirements: Valid driver’s license & good driving record.
