We are searching for local, highly gifted, experienced, and dedicated Reservationist for our Sports & Entertainment division whose performance is exemplary and their standards for service exceeds everyday expectations!
Pay: $25 / hour
Schedule: This is a fulltime position, with a schedule of five days per week (weekends required)

ResponsibilitiesProvides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future Sports & Entertainment, Security & Protection guests.Required Skills
  • 3-5 Years experience as a guest support specialist.
  • Ability to work individually or within a team environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License (as mandated by state and location)
  • Proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
