Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Sports & Entertainment division.
Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, billing inquiries, collections efforts, and client relationship management. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Account Management
- Review open customer accounts and support collection efforts
- Make collection calls and send collection emails professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Email invoices to clients upon request
- Resolve client billing issues and investigate past-due accounts
- Identify account-related concerns and communicate findings to management
- Work closely with General Managers and internal teams to reduce aging balances and improve collections performance
- Provide white-glove customer service that exceeds client expectations
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age (except where prohibited by state regulations)
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, retail, call centers, or high-touch customer service environments preferred (examples include Four Seasons, Nordstrom, or similar service-focused organizations)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
- Comfortable learning and working with new software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
