Our client is a highly specialized luxury car rental company recognized for delivering exceptional, white-glove service experiences. As the only Forbes Travel Guide Brand Official Elite Car Rental Company in the world, they exclusively serve the private aviation, luxury hotel, sports, and entertainment industries. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Sports & Entertainment division.


Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, billing inquiries, collections efforts, and client relationship management. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Account Management

  • Review open customer accounts and support collection efforts
  • Make collection calls and send collection emails professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Email invoices to clients upon request
  • Resolve client billing issues and investigate past-due accounts
  • Identify account-related concerns and communicate findings to management
  • Work closely with General Managers and internal teams to reduce aging balances and improve collections performance
  • Provide white-glove customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (except where prohibited by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, retail, call centers, or high-touch customer service environments preferred (examples include Four Seasons, Nordstrom, or similar service-focused organizations)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
  • Comfortable learning and working with new software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
