Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician & Programmer to oversee and execute the installation and programming of audio/video, security, and low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
ย 

  • Lead and manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
    ย 
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
    ย 
  • Install and configure audio/video equipment, security systems, structured cabling, and other low voltage systems.
    ย 
  • Program and integrate control systems such as Crestron, Control4, Lutron, and Savant to automate AV functionalities and ensure a seamless user experience.
    ย 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing necessary repairs and adjustments.
    ย 
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory.
    ย 
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio/video and low voltage system installations.
