Position Overview

Lucid Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of their mental health in conjunction with medical conditions. This role will predominantly be remote, enabling you to deliver essential services while collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will earn an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 and will receive a competitive benefits package.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. By addressing these complex needs, you will help to improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

  • Deep understanding of the mental health needs of individuals facing medical complexities.

  • Proven ability to deliver integrated care and work collaboratively with medical professionals.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.

  • Commitment to upholding professional boundaries, adhering to ethical standards, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital documentation.

Preferred Experience
