Central Transport is hiring anOperations Supervisorat our Blaine, MN terminal to support our growing LTL (Less-than-Truckload) network.

  • Overseedock operationswithin a high-volume LTL terminal
  • Managefreight loading, unloading, and palletized sortation
  • Monitor trailercube, weight, and load efficiency
  • Supervise a team ofdockworkers, drivers, and terminal staff
  • Track performance againstKPIs (production, service, efficiency)
  • Manage labor hours andcontrol overtime costs
  • Ensure compliance withDOT and OSHA safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience intransportation, warehouse, dock, or logistics operations
