Magnum is hiring an LTL Terminal Manager to lead daily transportation and terminal operations while building a culture focused on safety, accountability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about driving performance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead terminal employees by modeling Magnum's core values, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and oversee daily terminal operations to ensure efficiency and operational success
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Support day-to-day operations as needed while maintaining knowledge of all terminal functions
  • Ensure on-time freight movement while reducing costs and improving operational performance
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards
  • Recruit, hire, coach, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team
  • Facilitate employee education and training programs to improve performance and engagement
  • Review operational, financial, and expenditure reports to identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide recommendations and operational insights to regional leadership
  • Partner with the sales team to support customer growth and territory initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and operational partners
  • Drive terminal performance aligned with Magnum's operational and revenue goals
