Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 11:15pm

We are currently looking for a people-focusedย Operations Supervisorย to lead ourย 2ndย shift LTL departmentย in a large, fast-paced distribution environment.ย

What You Will Be Doing

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead daily operations while developing people and processes:ย 

  • Lead shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, inventory integrity, and ontime fulfillment
  • Coach and develop hourly associates through regular feedback, training, and performance conversations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, receiving, quality, and rework
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound carrier schedules to meet customer delivery expectations
  • Monitor KPIs and communicate performance results to leadership
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce security and facility standards
  • Utilize WMS to optimize labor, workflows, and operational outcomes
  • Support and participate in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and audits
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members
  • Maintain accurate payroll and labor reporting
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with peers, managers, and vendors
  • Contribute to tactical and annual operating plans, budgets, and department goals

What You Will Bring

Your background and experience should include:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) preferred
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and carrier coordination
  • Strong people-leadership skills with focus on coaching, accountability and relationship-building.ย 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and $82,000 per year. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
