What you'll need to succeed as a Project Manager, Revenue Management at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience
  • 1 year of experience in transportation and logistics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project)

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience as Project/Program Manager
  • 2 years of experience in LTL pricing or Finance related activities
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Proficient in data analytics and reporting and ability to use Business Intelligence Platforms

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Provide leadership and focus, managing multiple projects with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, risk/issue mitigation processes and major milestones
  • Work with business leaders to identify and scope areas of opportunity to create and implement process improvements
  • Support the LTL business, data gathering, and solution design for revenue growth projects
  • Support projects tied to XPO revenue growth initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, pricing workflow optimization and cross-functional execution with Sales, Pricing, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams
  • Apply project management expertise and individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure the quality of the products and project deliverables are of the highest quality, meet the agreed upon timeline, and the contractual scope
  • Drive project implementation and navigate internal pricing operations
  • Addressing roadblocks, bottlenecks and challenges as they arise through problem solving, proactive communication and strategic adjustments
  • Build strong relationships and collaborations with senior leadership to support company goals
  • Use KPI's and reporting to monitor project status and performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop project presentations that illustrate solution components and value propositions
  • Support other project managers and project team members as needed
