Role Description:

Keeprite Refrigeration is currently looking for an LTL Freight Shipping Coordinator in the Kilgore, TX area. They are responsible for coordinating and managing less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and working with carriers, production, and office staff to help ensure freight is shipped accurately and on time. The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to...

  • Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments with carriers
  • Communicate with production and office teams regarding order details and shipment status
  • Track LTL shipments and follow up on delivery issues as needed
  • Manage bills of lading and other shipping documentation, such as packing lists and proof of delivery
  • Maintain accurate shipment information and follow company shipping procedures


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • At least one year of work experience in an office setting
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Weekday overtime and occasional Saturdays, as required
