  • Shift: 7pm-7am
  • Job Type: Full Time

Must haves from you to be a LPN:
� Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
� Passionate about working with the elderly.
What your day to day looks like as a LPN:
� Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
� Responsible for evaluating up to 133 residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
� Utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
� Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
