Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the individual needs of clients and formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client healing and growth.
  • Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing tailored strategies to foster engagement and promote positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client records are updated and reflective of treatment progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize client care and treatment effectiveness.
  • Engage in professional development activities such as workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health research and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field.
