Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, respect, and professional boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss therapies, and coordinate future appointments or discharges when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and consistently monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and craft suitable intervention strategies.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Participate in individual supervision for professional growth and enhancement of clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus
