The Three Rivers Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a LPC, you will be responsible for providing critical mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting, playing a vital role in their healing and personal development journey.

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, respect, and professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss therapies, and coordinate future appointments or discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and consistently monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and craft suitable intervention strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Participate in individual supervision for professional growth and enhancement of clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and improvement in practice methods.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. We look for a counselor who is not only skilled in individual and family therapy but also empathetic to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client, particularly members of the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those from various cultural backgrounds.

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting after graduation.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including RMS systems, Excel, and email management, to maintain client records effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Familiarity with performing intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• A track record of effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for enhanced patient care.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates, providing payments ahead of client collections, ensuring financial assurance for our staff. Additional benefits include:
