Location: Punxsutawney, PA
Schedule: 2-5 days per week
Employment Type: W-2
Compensation: *Offering up to $7,500 sign-on bonus*
For LCSW, LMHC, LMFT: Assuming Full-Time, 75 units/week (15 units/day), a Psychology provider could estimate they will earn $90k - $100k/year.
For Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) Assuming Full-Time, 75 units/week (15 units/day), a Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD.) provider could estimate they will earn $125k - $145k/year.

Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. What you'll do
◆ Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
◆ Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
◆ Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary care team.
◆ Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
◆ Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals.
◆ Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations.
What we're looking for
◆ Active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
◆ Master's degree (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
◆ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
◆ Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
◆ Preferred: experience working with geriatric populations.
◆ Preferred: experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
Compensation amp; benefits
W-2 employment with RVU-based compensation and flexible scheduling focused on work-life balance — with no billing or authorization responsibilities (handled by our billing team) and ongoing support from our Directors of Mental Health.
