Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to inform treatment planning.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based techniques to address clients' unique mental health concerns.
  • Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, ensuring they are engaged and invested in their treatment process.
  • Offer virtual therapy solutions through secure telehealth platforms for clients facing mobility challenges or those requiring remote support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay informed on current trends in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clinic serves various demographics, allowing you to gain insight into the complexities of mental health across age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Qualifications
  • Possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Demonstrate a compassionate, empathetic approach to client interactions, maintaining a nonjudgmental attitude.
  • Show strong organizational and time management capabilities, enabling effective handling of client caseloads.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferred but not required.
  • Experience in providing therapy for couples and families as well as individual clients.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and techniques.
  • Background in substance abuse counseling is a plus, as we also support clients in recovery.

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
