Salary range: $63,363.30 - $92,668.83 per year

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
  • Administer individual and group therapy.
  • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
  • Provide the patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • One or more of the following required:
    • Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional
      Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or transfer date.
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentialed from the Illinois Department of
      Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of
      Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • A Master's Degree and LSW/LPC or LCSW/LCPC required
  • Flexible Day Shift-Monday and Wednesday until 7:00 pm 
  • Experience working with Neurodivergent Individuals HIGHLY preferred
