• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and legal requirements.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver holistic care and comprehensive therapeutic strategies.
• Stay updated on current research and advancements in mental health practices, participating in relevant workshops and continuing education opportunities to enhance counseling skills.

In your role at Gotham Enterprises Ltd., you will primarily serve clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse. • An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; however, a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or related setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, state laws, and regulations governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, family dynamics, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing overall patient care through collective expertise.
• Experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients, with a focus on outcome-driven interventions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
