Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a functional health setting and dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges through holistic approaches. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess their needs, provide therapeutic support, and work alongside a team of health professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

· Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

· Employ a holistic approach to mental health, integrating physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into treatment.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care.

· Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

· Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

· Educate clients on coping strategies, wellness practices, and self-care techniques.

· Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and integrate new approaches into your practice.

· Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

· Current state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
