Your Mission in Action
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for providing all clinical services for the agency's Vector Point program. In addition, the Clinical Program Manager assists in the administration and evaluation of clinical services and training activities associated with Foster Care and Adoption program in accordance with Agency and licensing standards and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Â
Responsibilities- Conducts clinical assessments and evaluations to implement interventions of clients servedÂ
- Collect and review data/documentation of clients served to identify trends/patterns that assist with clinical assessments and interventionsÂ
- Lead collaborative efforts and activities with the interdisciplinary and treatment teams, staff, and medical and non-medical providers to ensure all youth are receiving the quality of services needed to meet their individual treatment and behavior plansÂ
- Respond to escalated youth, parents, families, community partners, and professional service providers in a timely mannerÂ
- Provide psychoeducation for youth and families to address mental health needsÂ
- Provide emergency evaluation for youth, parents, and families in crisis and facilitate referral to more intensive levels of treatment or alternative solutions that cannot be handled onsiteÂ
- Follows and participates in program quality improvement efforts, such as children, caregivers, and family satisfactionÂ
- Serve as an advocate for foster care and adoption services by recommending program improvements and enhancements to meet the youth treatment plan goalsÂ
- Design and develop treatment protocols that can advance youth, parents, and family care and needs and apply consistency throughout the programÂ
- Ensure client plans of service include clinical soundness, measurable objectives, and comply with established policies, procedures, licensing standards, and federal, state, and local regulatory agenciesÂ
- Participate as a member of the treatment team to design, develop, and implement new programs or clinical servicesÂ
- Participate in discharge planning for youthÂ
- Research evidenced-based models and instruments that can improve outcomes of youthÂ
- Monitor metrics to ensure all program operations and outcomes are completed to meet accreditation standardsÂ
- Monitor and ensure all clinical and medical documentation requirements are being followed according to Agency policy and licensing and regulatory standardsÂ
- Keep accurate and up-to-date quantitative data on program services provided to youth and familiesÂ
- Using statistical data to provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports of clinical outcomes, personnel costs, operating costs, residential placement, and dischargeÂ
- Collaborate closely with Research and Strategy Department on special projectsÂ
- Meet with key stakeholders and community leaders to bring about awareness and provide community educationÂ
- Develop and maintain positive strong working relationships with the interdisciplinary and treatment teams, youth, foster parents and families, professional service providers, and community partners, while always maintaining boundariesÂ
- Work as a team player and exhibit professional behavior and a positive attitude with both internal and external clients that reflect positively on the Agency and is consistent with Agency policies and practicesÂ
- Actively participate in exhibiting cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with children, parent(s)/guardian(s), staff, and the communityÂ
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or closely related fieldÂ
- LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCÂ
- Three (3) years direct individual and group counseling experienceÂ
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage all clinical aspects of program services and activitiesÂ
- Strong and effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing prioritiesÂ
- Ability to apply sound judgement when making decisionsÂ
- Strong people and interpersonal skills with the ability to work and interact with diverse groups of people and build strong working relationshipsÂ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookÂ
- Bilingual Spanish and English based on service population

- Experience providing behavioral health services to clients who have experienced abuse and/or neglectÂ
