Your Impact
The Media Sales Manager will play a critical role in accelerating the revenue growth of our advertising sales team, with a focus on driving digital revenue through the direct sale of our portfolio of ad products, including, but not limited to: programmatic offsite multi-channel, social, onsite sponsored & display, instore audio and e-mail. The Senior Manager of Sales is responsible for acting as a partnership leader between Lowe's Media Network, other internal Lowe's teams, media agencies, Demand Side Partners, and advertisers. The Media Sales Manager will leverage an in-depth knowledge of the digital and programmatic ecosystem along with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills to identify sales opportunities for account growth while providing exceptional client service. In this role, the sales manager will work closely with a Client Services Director and/or Senior Manager of Sales on implementing a Small to Mid-sized category specific revenue strategy.
What You Will Do
Drives advertising revenue growth through cultivating internal & external partnerships that accelerate investment opportunities with Lowe's brand partners
Fosters category specific and small to mid-size business (SMB) client account sales strategies that incorporate client needs, creative solutions that address problem statements, and leverage in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategies for clients that encompass brand, performance and shopper marketing/trade budgets
Manages and develops relationships with clients through routine communication; actively grow industry relationships to gain marketplace intelligence
Account maps key decision makers from existing “rolodex of advertisers and media agencies to accelerate revenue growth
Delivers compelling pitch presentations and execute sales calls with brand contacts to secure business
Partners closely with account manager and cross functional media network partners to drive successful programing through client adherence to programming inputs, minimums and deadlines
Partners with Lowe's Merchant & Marketing organization to strengthen overall client engagement with Lowe's, inclusive of Lowe's Media Network solutions along with larger Lowe's assortment & category objectives
Provides accurate pipeline analysis to track sales opportunities against quarterly and annual goals
Masters white-glove service principles and knowledge of Lowe's Media Network offering to evangelize both internally and within the advertising marketplace
Manages small to medium sized accounts from pre-sale pipeline through post-sale analysis
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
5 Years Progressive experience in omni-channel advertising sales, digital advertising (display, video, CTV, search, social), and experiential marketing
3+ Years experience with programmatic strategies and data sales
Preferred Skills/Education
7-8 Years general marketing experience
1 Year Leadership experience
Pay Range: $95,400.00 - $159,300.00 annually
