The Mission: EndeavorB2B is a rapidly growing US-based B2B media and events company founded in 2017. Endeavor’s mission is to deliver the highest-quality content in the B2B markets we serve and to do so in the various, multi- channel formats that today’s industry professionals demand. From informative e-newsletters to in-depth monthly magazines to curated in-person events, EndeavorB2B is committed to providing the best opportunities for professionals to stay knowledgeable and connect with marketplace colleagues that drive their industry forward.

The Team: EndeavorB2B places a high importance on its data-driven core values of accountability, continuous improvement and being passionate about value creation in an environment that maintains minimal politics, directional clarity, high productivity, and low turnover among good people. These values are adopted at all levels of the company across every sphere and give the company its operational advantage. Our departments and operating businesses have autonomy and place a high value on meritocracy, with a commitment to providing individuals with opportunities for growth and development.

Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp, ambitious leader to steer our inside sales department and scale a multi-million dollar regional business. You’ll oversee a team of talented Account Executives representing our award-winning magazine and digital brands, which reach over 140,000 businesses nationwide. If you are a "bridge-builder" who thrives on coaching others to win, we want to talk to you.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Direct the regional sales division to meet and exceed revenue goals by identifying new market opportunities and developing innovative advertising programs that keep our brands at the top of the industry.

  • Team Coaching & Performance: Drive excellence through monthly team meetings and consistent 1:1 coaching sessions. You’ll partner with third-party trainers to sharpen the team’s skills and ensure every Account Executive has the tools to succeed.

  • Data-Driven Execution: Analyze sales activity and KPI reports to maintain a high-performing "engine." You’ll use these insights to enforce consistency, optimize call volume, and ensure the team is hitting their daily and monthly targets.

  • High-Impact Client Engagement: Lead by example by directly engaging with key clients via phone and email. You’ll assist the team in crafting, executing, and presenting winning proposals and sales materials.

  • Brand Advocacy & Logistics: Develop an expert-level understanding of our superior product advantages. You’ll oversee client marketing tactics and manage our presence at major industry events to ensure our brands remain market leaders.

Core Competencies:

  • The "High-Energy" Factor: You possess a contagious positive attitude and the natural disposition required to inspire a sales team. You are persuasive, persistent, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven Sales Pedigree: You have a solid background in sales or telesales (3+ years preferred) with a demonstrated desire to "win" for both the company and your own professional growth.

  • Master Communicator & Relationship Builder: You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You excel at building deep, trusting relationships with both internal team members and external clients.

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You aren't just a "people person"—you are a strategic thinker who can analyze reports, spot trends, and organize complex projects with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Local Leadership Presence: You are a Twin Cities local with the ability to manage people effectively (previous supervisory experience is a plus). You are ready to be the "anchor" for our inside sales department.
