Join Our Team as a Kitchen Supervisor!
The Kitchen Supervisor is the culinary captain, keeping the kitchen running like a well-seasoned machine. With a passion for great food and smooth operations, you'll lead the team, manage supplies, and make sure every dish meets high standards of quality and safety. You're all about clean kitchens, sharp communication, and keeping things efficient-even during the busiest rush. If you've got a knack for leadership, a love for food, and a talent for turning chaos into calm, this is your recipe for success.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Kitchen Captain: Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right. You're the go-to for keeping things smooth, efficient, and up to standard.
  • Culinary Commander: Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork. From stocking supplies to supporting service, you know your way around the kitchen and keep it ready for action.
  • Safety & Smarts: You're all about safe practices and smart decisions-handling lost items with care, managing access to sensitive areas, and making sure health standards are never compromised.
  • Clean & Compliant: Sanitation is your superpower. You make sure every surface, tool, and space is spotless and up to code, keeping the kitchen clean and the team proud.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred
  • Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
