>> 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
>> 2nd Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
>> 2nd Shift Premium of $1.50/hr
>> Monday - Thursday, Possible Occasional Friday's

Responsibilities and Duties of our Weaver/Loom Operators:

  • Operates looms
  • Monitors loom quality through inspection of woven tapes on the loom and stops the loom when defects are identified
  • Repairs defects if capable and when not, documents problem then alerts loom fixer to repair
  • Threads warp through guides and heddles, over rollers etc., and ties or splices ends, to repair yarn breaks
  • Ties yarn splices at warp changes
  • Follow procedures and policies
  • Maintain production and quality levels

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years weaving experience
