Now Hiring: Traffic Logistics Supervisor We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations. This role will assist in coordinating shipments, supervising traffic processes, supporting team operations, and ensuring compliance with logistics procedures and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, assignment, and follow-up of daily Traffic team activities Monitor logistics processes including freight bookings, claims management, customs entries, cargo releases, billing, and reconciliations Coordinate domestic and international shipments and shipping documentation Serve as a point of contact for operational issues and carrier follow-ups Support onboarding, cross-training, and team development initiatives Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, KPI compliance, and operational reporting Act as backup support for the Traffic Manager when needed.
