Job Title:

Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Logistics Industry

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to both domestic and international clients by managing service inquiries, order tracking, follow-ups, and resolving issues related to shipments, transportation, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish), possess strong communication skills, and be highly customer-oriented and solution-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer interactions in both English and Spanish.
  • Enter, track, and update shipment orders using logistics management systems (TMS/WMS).
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Proactively resolve issues related to shipments, delays, documentation, and last-minute changes.
  • Provide regular updates and follow-ups to customers regarding the status of their shipments or contracted services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Meet key service metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and order accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in customer service processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on logistics services, systems, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or related fields preferred.
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
