Contract Logistics Solutions Engineer

By translating complex requirements into scalable, efficient, and reliable designs, you contribute not only to the success of your team, but also to seamless operations across our warehouses and distribution networks. The ideal Solutions Engineer will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver data-backed solutions that meet customer needs. This includes analyzing operational data, designing financial models, space layouts, and automation concepts, and clearly communicating the solution's purpose, value, and benefits to customers.
How you create impact
As a solution expert be a key partner to the customer.
Ability to lead customers through complex workshops identifying key challenge in the customer's supply chain and how they can be addressed with proposed solutions.
Drive value proposition of the solution offering and formulate new innovative models.
Lead customer response from a customer solutions perspective and be the main contact for the customer of the design.
Lead complex implementations and optimization projects of Anchor project relating the design.
Actively use and drive knowledge of changes/trends within the market that will impact logistics services.
Reviews work of others to take accountability of delivered solutions.
Define best practices in the area(s) of expertise.
Formulate future needs and requirements for the engineer team to continue to drive best-in-class solutions for the customer.
Train other and trainers on engineering and market know-how. Lead a team of continental Design engineers.
What we would like you to bring
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or engineering or equivalent work experience
โ€ข 2-5 years' experience with international business process
โ€ข 5-10 years Contract Logistics or 3PL experience
โ€ข Experience in Fast-moving consumer goods, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or High Tech industries preferred
โ€ข Experience of designing solutions for complex tenders and of complex implementations
โ€ข Ability to work independently with good communication and collaboration skills
โ€ข Ability to travel up to 25%

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
