Tell us about how you embrace change and thrive in the heart of the action. As a Security Officer - Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

What's in it for you: Site Location: Henderson, NV Set schedule: 32-hour work week. Shift: Swing: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Wednesday to Saturday. Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld. Uniform provided at no cost. Responsibilities for Response Security Guard: Provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site. Respond quickly to critical situations. You provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests.

You would also screen people upon exiting. You provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot. You will be providing appropriate badges at the facility.

You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports. You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards. You are proficient in working with electronics.

You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures. You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less. Qualifications for Response Security Guard: Be authorized to work in the U.S

You have a HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree. Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations Responsive and strong problem solving skills Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, and handle any weather conditions. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements. Must have valid driver's license. You have at least 2 years security experience, with 1 year in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.

You have a valid PILB in hand. You have, or can obtain, within 1 week a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid. In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
