The Security & Facility Supervisor has general responsibility for coordinating all security & facility activities daily. Under the direction of the QSHE Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for supervising all external service providers responsible for the security and maintenance services in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

How you create impact

Main contact for external service providers.
Implement and maintain a Security Management system in accordance with the KN US Security Policy Manual & Customer Security Guardrails
Ensure strict adherence to Visitor and Driver Protocol in both office and warehouse area.
Investigate and report all security incidents to the QSHE Manager and Director of Security
Manage local ID Badge Program
Review and maintain branch activity reports.
Maintain accurate Alarm/Security records, including regular maintenance reports.
Update and maintain Security work instructions to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Capture and maintain all security forms (Seal logs, Sanitation forms, Driver Sign-in logs)
Coordinate with Security Guard contractors to enhance processes and adherence to post orders.
Conduct security awareness training sessions for local management and associates.
Support the investigation of inventory discrepancies.
Regularly review CCTV footage to identify and report any suspicious behavior, escalating to site leadership and the Security Director as necessary

Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or facility management, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in security software and surveillance systems
Strong motivational skills.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop effective relationships and provide leadership.
Adherence to Human Resource policies and procedures.
Fluent in English.
Overtime and weekends may be required.
