Summary/Objective Serves customers and company by fulfilling orders, preparing them for shipment and maintaining an accurate vault inventory. Daily demands are met through reliable communication and teamwork with logistics, security, and sales teams.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Maintain accurate vault inventory across internal ERP software, state seed-to-sale software and e-commerce menuDaily intake of newly packaged vault productsDaily reconciliation of vault inventory on all platformsFulfill orders for customersPack OrdersCreate and log compliant Metrc tags for each package in accordance with METRC, the state's seed-to-sale tracking platformLog orders into internal ERP softwareFacilitate change orders and adjust information on all relevant platformsPrepare packages for delivery teamDaily communication with sales team, security team, packaging team and delivery team.Facilitate on-time deliveries to customers by taking ownership of the processEnsure that all sales transactions are compliant with applicable Ohio lawsInterface with Operations Manager on a daily basis
