International Logistics & Classification Coordinator | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
  • Approve invoices for imports, exports, and domestic/international shipments, ensuring accurate coding and resolving billing issues with carriers
  • Assist in coordinating international shipments by preparing documentation, scheduling freight, tracking deliveries, and resolving delays
  • Support relationships with freight forwarders and help process international ad-hoc small-package shipments
  • Complete logistics portions of item setup, including tariff codes, duties, and pick order
  • Assist with trade compliance tasks such as researching duties and harmonized tariff codes, maintaining classification worksheets, updating duty rates in JDE, and supporting regulatory programs (APHIS, TSCA, FDA, USMCA, ADD/CVD)
  • Support compliance reviews by helping with audits of shipping processes, item data, documentation accuracy, and duty drawback information
  • Assist international 3PL partners with inventory accuracy, new item slotting, cycle counts, and annual inventory processes
  • Support the Global Logistics & Warehousing Manager with additional projects and duties as assigned
