Reverse Logistics / Returns Processing Associate

Springville, Utah

Starting at $16/hour DOE

We are a growing ecommerce fulfillment and logistics company in Springville looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our Reverse Logistics Department. This role plays an important part in helping ecommerce brands deliver a great customer experience by ensuring returned products are inspected, processed, and prepared for resale accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Read and follow detailed client SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Inspect returned products for quality and functionality
  • Test products and confirm working condition when required
  • Repackage items professionally and prepare them for resale
  • Update return statuses and inventory within warehouse systems
  • Maintain organized workstations and inventory areas
  • Communicate issues, damaged items, or discrepancies to team leads
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to follow written instructions and processes carefully
  • Comfortable using computers and learning software systems
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
