The Logistics Route Specialist works with our many professional delivery drivers across the country serving as their liaison between our many sales associates/customers across the United States. They perform daily route audits to ensure our delivery drivers are following the outlined route structure along with making suggested route changes to the management team.


Pay and Schedule:

  • $21.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday 
  • 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (end time consistent on most days; but can vary based on workload / coverage)
  • Required weekends 2-3 hours

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with Drivers, Sales Associates, and Customers across the United States to ensure seamless delivery of product to customers. 
  • Perform daily route audits to ensure delivery drivers are following the optimal route structure.
  • Recommend route changes and improvements to the management team.
  • Remain professional in all communications via phone, email, etc.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude on all assignments.
  • Communicate and coordinate work efforts with other employees and departments as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a route manager, including route mapping, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly.
  • Proficient in working with computers, learning new applications, and data entry. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
