Schneider is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager in Green Bay to provide a best-in-class experience for the companys top enterprise customers by providing tactical leadership in the areas of sales, customer service, pricing, new business start-ups and solicitation. The Enterprise Account Manager will closely collaborate with external customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to a group of sales team leaders.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of customers to identify areas of opportunity and create innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders about strategy and external stakeholders about continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Drive initiatives to ensure the achievement of business metrics.
  • Act as the key escalation point of contact for customer and internal business needs.
  • Identify sales training opportunities and develop plans for improvement.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
