Position Summary ANSER is seeking a Operations Manager / Trainer to support system procurement, fielding, sustainment, and logistics operations for Army and DoD biometric and identity management systems. In this role, you will oversee fielding activities, coordinate logistics support for personnel deployed to OCONUS locations, and manage system upgrades and technology refresh efforts. You will collaborate with Army units, government stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful deployment, sustainment, training, and operational support of mission-critical systems. You will also support program execution through schedule management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure program success in cost, schedule, and quality. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Oversee system procurement, fielding, sustainment, and lifecycle support activities. * Coordinate logistics and operational support for personnel deployed to OCONUS locations. * Manage system upgrades, technology refresh efforts, and sustainment activities. * Coordinate with Army units to support system fielding, training, troubleshooting, and technical integration. * Develop and update user guides, lesson plans, course curriculum, and other training materials as required. * Conduct training on the operation and use of biometric and identity management systems. * Receive, review, and adjudicate system issues related to fielding and sustainment activities. * Coordinate with internal teams to assign responsibilities and resolve technical and operational issues. * Create and maintain the master program schedule to track program status, timelines, costs, and resource requirements. * Resolve cross-program issues related to schedule, cost, quality, and operational performance. Required Qualifications * Active Secret Clearance. * Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. * Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional experience. * Experience supporting biometric technologies and identity management systems. * Experience supporting DoD or other U.S. Government contracts. * Strong understanding of Army acquisition and sustainment processes. * Experience supporting the Army Total Package Fielding (TPF) process, including New Equipment Fielding (NEF), New Equipment Training (NET), Platform Integration (PI), and Technical Field Support. * Experience coordinating fielding, logistics, and sustainment activities across multiple stakeholders. * Strong written, verbal, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting OCONUS deployments and logistics operations. * Familiarity with Army fielding schedules, sustainment planning, and lifecycle management activities. * Experience developing and delivering technical training materials and end-user instruction. * Prior experience supporting enterprise biometric or identity management modernization initiatives.
