Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Fleet & Resource Coordination: Oversee daily dispatch, route optimization, equipment readiness, and crew assignments to maximize efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, coach, and mentor moving crews, driving high performance, accountability, and a culture of safety.
  • Service Excellence & Problem Solving: Serve as the escalation point for operational roadblocks and customer inquiries, delivering fast and high-touch resolutions.
  • Cost & Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, track key performance metrics, and implement streamlined workflows to reduce operating costs and boost throughput.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, DOT regulations, and high-quality service benchmarks.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English with basic to intermediate Spanish communication skills preferred to coordinate effectively with bilingual field teams and clients.
