Salary Range: $80,000 $120,000 (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily warehousing and logistics operations in a fast-paced freight forwarding or 3PL environment. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, warehouse organization, labor planning, and compliance across both inbound and outbound operations.
