Job Description Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Warehouse Manager to lead operational excellence within our distribution center. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy through advanced systems including ERP (SAP), WMS (Manhattan SCALE), and WES (Exacta). The Senior Warehouse Manager will also oversee DC operations, ensuring seamless execution to meet retailer and customer compliance requirements.
This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on operational expertise to drive continuous improvement, and optimize warehouse workflows in a high-volume, multi-channel distribution environment.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Manage and optimize workflows using SAP ERP, Manhattan SCALE WMS, and Exacta WES.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs (order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, cost per order, labor productivity, etc.).
  • Partner with IT and teams to integrate automation solutions (AutoStore, T-sort sortation, printand-apply, RFID, etc.).
  • Lead a team of warehouse Supervisors, Leads, and associates; provide coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering.
  • Support cross-functional projects (IT, Global Logistics, IPM, CS, Sales Ops) to align warehouse solutions with broader company strategies.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven experience with ERP (SAP), WMS (Manhattan SCALE), and WES (Exacta or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of fulfillment processes, including pick-pack-ship execution.
  • Experience leading high-volume, multi-SKU DC operations
  • Hands-on leadership of system implementations, process design, and automation projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, team development, and change-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, generate insights, and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project-management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of RFID, LPN tracking, inventory accuracy processes, and compliance requirements (retail, wholesale, e-commerce).
