Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain

Core Duties:

Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols andmaintaina hazard-free work environment

  • Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.

  • Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.

  • Supervise warehouse traffic, vanauditsand ensure safe vehicle movements.

  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.

  • Respond to emergencies asrequired.

  • Cleaning, general housekeeping

Operations and Logistics

  • Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.

  • and package dispatching process.

  • Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.

  • Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.

  • Generate the next day's route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.

  • Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loading

  • Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.

  • Assistwith sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).

Reporting and Administration

  • Maintainaccuratedelivery, incident, and inventory logs, andsubmitcomprehensive daily reports.

  • Complete daily reports andsubmitto the clients, Stationteamand Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.).

  • Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports andreportback on compliance to IDC liaison

  • Complete daily timesheets andsubmitto the Station Manager.

  • Perform data entry as needed.

Team leadership and Customer service

  • Assign daily tasks to staff,monitorproductivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs

  • Prepare andmonitorperformance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.).

  • Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.

  • Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.

  • Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluate and assess employeeperformance, workplaceconduct and compliance asrequired, including discipline whereappropriate.

  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.
