Logistics Coordinator

If you have strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, this could be a great opportunity to put your organizational and customer service skills to work! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, coordinating schedules, working with drivers, and keeping logistics operations organized. If you're detail-oriented, communicate well, and enjoy solving problems, this could be a great fit.

Job Summary
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help coordinate daily transportation activities by scheduling deliveries, organizing driver paperwork, tracking trailers, and maintaining accurate data. You'll work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure schedules and logistics information are accurate and up to date.

Job Duties
  • Create and maintain delivery schedules using Microsoft Excel.
  • Complete, organize, and maintain driver paperwork.
  • Track and manage trailers to help ensure accurate logistics records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in company systems.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities.
Pay
  • 16.00 per hour
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
Experience & Skill Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and entering data accurately.
  • Previous office or logistics experience preferred.
