Job description

We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment providing full-time anesthesia coverage at a large Level I academic trauma center. This opportunity requires flexibility to work across multiple inpatient and outpatient anesthesia locations to meet scheduling demands.

Candidates must have recent Level I trauma experience and be comfortable working in a medically directed anesthesia model within a high-acuity environment.

Schedule Details:

  • Full-time coverage for a minimum of 3 months
  • Extended shifts:
    • 6:00 AM 7:30 PM, or
    • 8:00 AM 9:30 PM
  • 13.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • Some weekend shifts required
  • No call responsibilities

CRNAs will manage 3 5 cases per day, covering a broad mix of complex surgical services. Coverage includes main hospital ORs as well as ambulatory and outpatient procedural areas.

Case Types Include:

  • General anesthesia
  • Neuro and spine
  • Orthopedics
  • Oncology (ENT, GYN, Urology)

No OB, cardiac cases, or regional blocks required.
