About the Role
At Bojangles @ Bluewater, we pride ourselves on friendly service and top-quality food. As a Bojangles Crew Member, you will be a key part of the customer experience- preparing delicious food, maintaining clean workspaces, and working as part of a tight-knit team that values excellence and community. These crew members work either as cashier or cook. Opportunities for advancement are available for team members who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a great attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests with a smile and welcoming attitude.
  • Accurately processing payments and handling change.
  • Explaining menu items and answering customer questions.
  • Preparing and serving food that meets Bojangles' quality standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen as well as the outside of our Bojangles
  • Some roles may require the successful completion of Bojangles University (BO University) training to support skill development and operational standards.
