Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Digital Product Management, the Senior International eCommerce Product Manager owns and drives eCommerce product management for UK, EU, and France markets. This role partners closely with engineering, design, marketing, merchandising, and regional stakeholders to deliver localized, high-performing B2B and B2C digital commerce experiences that support brand growth, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

How success is defined:
  • Own and prioritize the international eCommerce product roadmap across UK, EU, and France markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional growth strategies
  • Lead end-to-end localization of the eCommerce experience for France, including language, UX/UI, pricing, payments, taxation (TVA), and regulatory compliance
  • Define, optimize, and evolve B2B and B2C customer journeys to support trade professionals, wholesale partners, and direct-to-consumer customers
  • Partner with engineering teams to configure, implement, and enhance enterprise eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus)
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to execute localized product launches, promotions, and content strategies
  • Translate business and stakeholder requirements into detailed product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes within EU and French markets to inform product decisions
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators including conversion rate, AOV, retention, and NPS, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with EU digital regulations including GDPR, accessibility standards, and consumer protection requirements
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Houston headquarters and European stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and execution clarity
  • Mentor and support junior product managers and contribute to the development of eCommerce product management best practices
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams to accomplish organizational goals and resolve complex problems

What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of product management experience within eCommerce, with proven success launching and scaling digital commerce platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms and complex integrations (ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering localized eCommerce experiences for France and/or EU markets
  • Deep understanding of French B2B and B2C customer behavior, payment methods, and regulatory requirements
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics tools
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to achieve results independently and through cross-functional collaboration
  • Clear, professional communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
  • Experience in luxury, premium lifestyle, home furnishings, lighting, or design-led brands strongly preferred

Compensation Range: $124,000 - $132,000
