Let's talk about the role:
We're looking for a Content Strategist with experience in conversational design to be a primary driver of the strategy, structure, and voice of Resmed's AI-powered digital experiences. You'll lead content strategy for our chatbot and conversational interfaces, partnering with product, project management, and engineering to shape how our AI speaks, listens, and guides users through their health journey. This role spans both strategy and execution, with ownership of how conversational experiences are defined and evolved over time. You are comfortable moving quickly, testing dialogue variations, and using data to refine tone, clarity, and engagement. You bring a clear point of view to cross-functional conversations and translate complex clinical and technical content into clear, human-centered language. You will contribute to broader content strategy efforts across the product experience, supporting alignment and coherence beyond conversational interfaces.
Let's talk about responsibilities:
Conversational content strategy
Drive content strategy for Resmed's chatbots, evolving tone, personality, and interaction patterns.

Rapidly iterate on tone, voice, and messaging using conversation analytics and user feedback, moving from hypothesis to tested variation.

Define and maintain conversational voice and tone standards, ensuring consistency across channels and use cases.

Partner with UX, product, engineering, and clinical teams to prototype, test, and refine conversation flows in active development cycles.

Use generative AI tools to draft, test, and scale dialogue variations as part of core workflows.

Evaluate bot performance and surface content recommendations grounded in user research and conversation data. Company Data
Establish and evolve content standards and governance practices for conversational experiences.
Supporting content strategy work

Contribute content strategy thinking across product experiences, collaborating with product and product marketing partners as needed.

Provide peer review and editorial feedback on content developed by teammates.

Create sample content and dialogue variations to support user research and usability testing.

Document and share findings and content recommendations with team and cross functional partners.

Assist with naming conventions and taxonomies.
Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy, conversational design, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in product content

Demonstrated experience designing chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI content

Experience using generative AI tools to support content drafting, testing, and optimization

Strong command of voice, tone, and dialogue structure, with the ability to iterate rapidly based on data and feedback

Systematic thinker who can work at the level of flows, frameworks, and taxonomies

Clear, adaptable writing skills with experience aligning voice and tone to audience

Comfortable contributing to cross-functional conversations and working in fast-moving product cycles

Ability to juggle 3 or more projects at a time

Excellent prioritization skills

Comfortable working in and adapting to changing work dynamics and environments

Preferred experience

Background in health communication, patient education, or clinical content

Experience on a product team in an Agile environment

Knowledge of writing requirements in regulated industries

Proficiency with tools such as Contentstack, Figma, or CMS platforms
