a. SAP ABAP (ABAP is a programming language of SAP) who have Brazil localization experience
- working with the Z programs & Z tables (customization of SAP) with respect to integrating with Brazil localization products
- MasterSAF DFE, TaxOne
b. Experience in integrating TaxOne or MasterSaf DFE with ERPs (technical capacity)

In this role, you would be primarily responsible for supporting and enhancing a few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, Comex Recof.
Responsibilities
• Strong experience in ABAP.
• Production support.
• Proven experience in Brazil localization
• Business English is mandatory apart from native Portuguese skill.
• Need to take transition from existing team.
• Address/Resolve user's issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within the stipulated time/SLA.
• Follow the defined processes.
• Collaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) as needed to resolve issues.
• Prepare, Participate in status report/meetings.
• May need after hours support in case of critical issues (very rare)
• In general, no travel is expected as part of the job.
• Remote location-based work is acceptable.
• Open to learn new tools, skills as needed on the job by leveraging their experience, expertise.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, Comex Recof.
• Experience with GIT and windows form.
• Experience with html, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, LINQUE.
• Ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact and should have strong customer focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible to work in shifts on rotation basis.
• Willingness and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
• Should be able to handle client call, manage & mentor team.
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
• Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.
