As an In-House Marketing Coordinator, a typical day will include:
  • Make telemarketing calls to Owners.
  • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
  • Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensure that all Owners attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:
  • Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.

  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

  • Contribute to team goals.

  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become an In-House Coordinator:
  • Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests by phone.

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

  • Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.

  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
