Job description

Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Cavender's digital marketing strategy by coordinating integrated marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, ecommerce growth, and retail traffic. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, this role manages paid media coordination, partner marketing programs, local business listings, and cross-channel campaign execution while collaborating closely with Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and external agency partners. The Digital Marketing Coordinator helps ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards while supporting campaign reporting, marketing technology platforms, and continuous improvement across digital channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values.

· Serve as a trusted partner supporting digital marketing initiatives across multiple customer channels.

· Coordinate paid media campaigns with external agency partners, including planning, creative asset management, execution, optimization, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.

· Manage local business listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and other directory platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization.

· Coordinate partner marketing programs, including campaign planning, project timelines, vendor communication, creative requests, reporting, and execution.

· Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Retail Operations, and Marketing teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.

· Assist with development and maintenance of digital marketing calendars and project timelines.

· Support execution of email marketing, SMS marketing, website merchandising content, and promotional campaigns as business needs require.

· Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports identifying trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

· Assist with implementation, maintenance, and administration of digital marketing platforms and marketing technology solutions.

· Coordinate invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and budget tracking for digital marketing vendors.

· Maintain organized project documentation, campaign assets, and digital marketing resources.

· Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, campaign quality, and customer experience.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 3+ years of experience supporting digital marketing campaigns.

· Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience working with external agencies and third-party vendors.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Google Analytics or GA4.

· Experience with Google Business Profile and local listing management.

· Experience with email marketing platforms and SMS marketing platforms.

· Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

· Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and digital advertising.

· Basic HTML knowledge.

· Experience with A/B testing and website optimization.

· Problem-solving skills to identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges that could impact timelines.

· Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

· Comfortable communicating and presenting at all levels.
