What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support dealership website content, local listings, online reviews, and promotional updates. This role is designed for a highly organized communicator who can represent our brands professionally, manage recurring deadlines, and publish accurate content through straightforward CMS and listing interfaces.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews across approved review platforms using established brand and communication standards.
  • Share each negative review with dealership management, provide a draft response for approval, incorporate requested changes, and publish only after approval is received.
  • Track pending approvals, follow up with the appropriate manager, and maintain clear records of response status.
  • Escalate sensitive or high-risk customer concerns promptly to dealership management and the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Prepare review analytics covering review volume, ratings, response status or timing, and recurring feedback themes.
  • Use dealership CMS interfaces to post, update, and remove approved specials, offers, banners, seasonal campaigns, event pages, and announcements.
  • Confirm that dealership-provided offer details, approvals, and required disclaimers are present before publication.
  • Visually QA live content for formatting, dates, links, images, placement, and consistency with approved source materials.
  • Add, update, and remove employee profiles, photos, biographies, contact information, and operating hours.
  • Support website content preparation for dealership launches and acquisitions.
  • Route structural, template, integration, and code-level requests to the Website Operations team while remaining accountable for content accuracy and final content QA.
  • Maintain accurate dealership information across every approved local-listing platform, with Google Business Profile as a primary channel.
  • Publish posts, holiday hours, special announcements, photos, and factual business updates.
  • Audit listing consistency and health, correct routine issues, and escalate systemic optimization opportunities to the SEO Specialist.
  • Gather complete content, deadlines, approvals, and source materials from dealership managers and internal partners.
  • Coordinate approved vendor-supported content implementation when needed.
  • Maintain organized records of requests, approvals, publication dates, removals, and outstanding follow-up.
  • Follow applicable brand, OEM, and internal publishing guidance when handling approved content.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • At least one year of relevant digital marketing, CMS, reputation-management, local-listing, content-administration, or comparable experience; equivalent demonstrated capability may substitute.
  • Professional written communication and sound judgment when representing dealership brands.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail across a high volume of recurring updates.
  • Ability to learn straightforward CMS and listing interfaces and follow documented approval workflows.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with dealership managers, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Preferred experience with dealership or multi-location CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile and other local-listing platforms.
  • Preferred experience with online-review or reputation-management platforms.
  • Preferred automotive or multi-location retail experience.
