Position is REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office.

1 time a month at the Boucherville office.

Overview

PRO is a key segment of our business and a critical driver of growth. To support this expansion, we are strengthening our PRO Operations team by introducing the role of Coordinator, PRO Operations Support - Appliances.

Reporting to PRO Operations leadership, this role provides operational and administrative support for appliance-related projects across Canada. The coordinator acts as a central point of contact between stores, field teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient execution of customer orders, project coordination, and issue resolution.

Your role

  • Coordinate and manage PRO Builder appliance orders across Canada

  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and specifications

  • Prepare quotations, verify product availability, and process orders

  • Negotiate competitive pricing with appliances and transport vendors on major projects.

  • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and project timelines with stakeholders ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer orders

  • Maintain effective vendor relationships to support business needs

  • Support teams in the use of Marketplace - PRO Appliances and related systems

  • Act as a subject matter resource for appliance processes and tools

  • Provide timely support to outside sales representatives, store teams, and business partners

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Credit, HR, etc.)

  • Communicate updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across stakeholders

  • Perform other related duties in support of PRO Operations

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Experience in a similar coordination, operations, or support role

  • Knowledge of the appliance industry is an asset

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

  • Knowledge of systems such as MMS, Soda, and similar platforms is an asset

  • Bilingual (French and English) required due to frequent interaction with partners and clients across Canada
