Sleep Coach (Respiratory Therapist)Why is this Sleep Coach role different

At Lofta, you'll combine clinical expertise with patient education and virtual support to help patients successfully begin and maintain CPAP therapy. This is a highly patient-facing role focused on coaching, troubleshooting, and improving therapy outcomes through a seamless customer experience.

You'll work closely with the Clinical Supervisor and team to support patients throughout their therapy journey in a fast-paced e-commerce healthcare environment.

What you'll do
  • Provide virtual coaching and support to patients beginning and adjusting to CPAP therapy
  • Educate clients on mask fit, comfort optimization, and therapy best practices
  • Troubleshoot therapy challenges and provide practical solutions to improve adherence and comfort
  • Guide clients through their therapy journey with proactive follow-up and personalized support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a supportive, responsive, and seamless customer experience
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, chat, and email with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Support clients within a fast-paced e-commerce healthcare environment, assisting with both therapy-related questions and order-related navigation as needed
  • Navigate e-commerce platforms to help clients with product education, account support, order guidance, and overall service resolution
  • Review therapy progress and identify opportunities to improve treatment outcomes and long-term adherence
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Supervisor and care team to ensure continuity of care and service excellence
  • Accurately document patient interactions across Lofta's clinical and e-commerce platforms
  • Help clients build confidence and long-term success with CPAP therapy while reinforcing a high-quality customer experience
What we look for
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRT/RRT) or eligible meeting state licensing requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience, preferably in DME or sleep industry
  • Strong computer, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and patient-focused
Education
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations
  • Current Respiratory Therapist license in applicable state(s)
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • All applicable licenses in good standing
